About This Site

aicodereview.io exists to answer one question: what should an AI code reviewer actually be able to do in 2026? The answer is the 9 standards — an engineering baseline for evaluating any tool in the category — plus a blog and a tools directory that apply those standards to the market.

Methodology

Every factual claim about a tool — pricing, licensing, self-hosting options, platform support — is checked against the vendor's own public pricing pages, documentation, or source repositories, and stamped with the date it was last verified. When a number can't be verified from a primary source, we say so instead of guessing. Benchmark figures published by vendors are always attributed and flagged as vendor-published.

We don't do star ratings. Tools are mapped against the 9 standards with three honest values: documented, partial, or unknown — with a source-backed note for each.
